In Game Name of the Criminal.

What is Case?
This would be the reason why you like to make a ban appeal for a person. (Ex. He was flying while PvPing.)

Why will I post a Screenshot?
You would need this as a proof to support your ban appeal. (Please try post around 2-5 screenshots for verification.)

Note: If you posted an incorrect ban appeal, the criminal wouldn't be sanctioned.
